Brimar thermionic’s 5U4G provides smooth full wave rectification for high fidelity amplifiers.  Inside the ‘G’ type bulb you will find dual plates heated by a dual 5 Volt heater.

Often used in class A amplifiers, this rectifier or “dual diode” valve will complete your high end system especially where excellent controlled smoothing is required.
