In house we use calibrated AVO testers which are matched for consistency. We appreciate that this kit is expensive and bulky for most people so we are therefore developing a range of valve testers which will allow anyone to reliably test the performance, function and validity of a range of valves. By employing the latest analogue and digital technologies to make measuring and control as simple as possible, the Brimar MultiValve will be a useful and compact addition to any lab or workshop.
Some of you may have seen the prototype of our first model, the Brimar MultiValve, at the NVCF show in 2016. Testing is going well and based on the feedback we received, we made a number of modifications to the features. The project has unfortunately been delayed however, as all our efforts are currently being focussed on The Great British Valve Project. We hope to get back to work on the MultiValve later this year but if anyone has some time to lend us a hand then please contact us through our volunteer page.
