Brimar Thermionic Products are proud to announce their first valve completely made in the UK. This 4 pin, bright emitting triode was the first thermionic device to be produced and was in production for over 20 years in various forms.

Our engineers have analysed the many designs and performance tried different designs and have settled on this variant for it’s consistent and good performance in factory testing.

These tubes will perform well in any vintage set and their very linear performance makes them ideal for use in new projects.  The glowing bright emitter makes a visual statement unlike modern dull emitters.

This is a rare opportunity to purchase one of our first production run valves at a heavily discounted price.  Each valve will ship with a commemorative certificate along with it’s own serial number and performance chart. The Ediswan R-Type is available to back order now for delivery in April.
