Just down the road from our Tungsten Works factory are the long wave masts of the BBC Droitwich transmitter.  Sadly it will be shutting down at the end of this month and the faithful valve transmitters will be decommissioned.  If you are in the area on Saturday 27th June then try and pop in for the heritage open day and nose around a great piece of British broadcasting and engineering history.
